| Secrets to Great BBQ from the Head Pigg Ever since the first caveman threw a mastadon on the Weber, man has had an unending love for BBQ. Plenty of women like it tool. The SECRET to great BBQ really is very simple BUT you can't rush it! We start with a top quality piece of meat which is soaked in our secret marinade. After marinading, we liberally apply our spice rub. The meat is then S-L-O-W smoked over real hickory and apple hardwoods for up to 18 hours. Finish with a good sauce (We use Baldy T. Pigg Sauce). That's all there is to it! If you don't want to bother with the work, we already have some very tasty babyback ribs on the grill and plenty of pulled pork waiting for ya.
